I’ve spent over 10 years working with Saskatchewan companies, facilitating sessions and seeing firsthand the pressures business owners and leaders face in staying focused and motivated. My own journey into meditation, yoga, and breathwork started simply as a way to manage stress and find some clarity. Over time, it’s become an anchor for motivation and presence in both work and life. Earlier this year I completed 9D Breathwork Facilitator Training, and now I’m looking forward to sharing this practice through Anchor — helping others pause, reset, and reconnect with their potential.
